Rated 1 out of 5 by Moshe from Beware of UGG Classic Mini Boot The UGG Classic Mini Boot I received was 133 grams lighter than my 4 year old model. UGG customer service admitted that the new product has gone some modifications. However, these modifications were not described in the details of the product. Usually, reputable brands change the name of a new model so customers will be informed before buying. As a result, the leather of the new boots is significantly thinner and cold sensitive. I bought UGG because they kept my feet warm during cold weather. The newer boot is not suitable for that purpose. Customers should be aware.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Uggo from Difficult to get on Fast delivery which was great, colour is lovely. They don't feel as good a quality as they used to a few years back. Fits true to size but a real struggle to get on as the seam that lies on your instep is very tight and opening is small. If you have a high instep then you're in for a battle! Never had this problem with any of the other ugg styles I've had before like classic shorts and baileys... Not sure I will keep them as I won't be able to get them on in a hurry!

My first pair of Ugg’s and worth the investment. Love the colour - something a bit different that goes very well with the rest of my wardrobe (mostly black). Would definitely recommend. I’m usually a large 8 (42) - ordered an 8 and probably could have worn a 7, but happy with the relaxed fit. Feels like I’m walking on cotton wool!! Product delivered on time too.

This ranges from one boot being lower at your ankle to the other and on all pairs except 1 the finger pull on part on the right foot is sewn to the side and not central. For the price you don’t expect such big defaults so I’ve returned them all and will wait for UGG to reply about how to purchase a non defected pair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Abiejoy from Not for the autumn/winter weather. Loved the boots but got caught in a freak rain storm for 10 minutes. Now my uggs are completely ruined and discoloured. For the price I feel this is a terrible design, especially since they're made for the autumn/winter months. Not sure I can fix them but will have a go. You need to provide a free protective coating, coat them before selling or some sort of warning when buying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Grumpy customer from Poor quality - like cheap knockoffs The quality was so poor I returned them. The material was paper thin and puckered with hardly any padding in the toes. It felt like they would tear after a few wears. Disappointed as this is the first new Uggs I’ve bought in about 5 years and the quality has reduced dramatically whilst the price has gone up.

However this is for Ugg rather than The Office, but I think the quality of the boot has gone down hill a bit. There looks to be a shade difference on the heel. I haven’t returned these as it’s very slight but I’ve seen this on a few pair’s recently
