Our number 1 priority is the safety of our staff and our customers, so we have been working hard to welcome you back safely but still offer you a welcoming experience. As such, we're putting in place the following precautions:

All our staff will have their own perspex visors to wear to enable them to serve you.
Gloves will be worn by our staff if they are required to handle any cash.
You can still try on our footwear, a sanitisation and quarantine process will be followed for all footwear tried on in-store and returned.
There will be dedicated hand sanitising stations in every store.
We'll be replacing standard receipts with e-receipts, which will be emailed directly to you (*This may not be available in all stores until after the 12th)
Contactless payments are available in every store and we encourage this method of payment.
