TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Entrant must be a resident in UK or Northern Ireland and aged 16 or over at time of entry.
- No purchase necessary.
- One winner will be drawn per month and will receive a prize consisting of: £100 OFFICE giftcard (if you are a customer from Ireland and are selected as the monthly winner, we will contact you to ask if you would like a £100 giftcard which you can use on online or a €100 giftcard which you can use in an Irish store)
- To enter entrants must fill in all of the required fields on the feedback page and click the confirmation link that is sent via email.
- Prize is non-transferable. No alternative cash prizes.
- Each monthly prize draw will run from the first day to the last day of the calendar month.
- The first prize winner will be notified by the email address provided on the feedback entry.
- Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
- The winner must claim prize within 14 days of being notified.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- Where applicable, the decisions of the judges are final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
- OFFICE reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw competition or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside OFFICE’s control.
- Reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The prize draw is promoted by OFFICE.
- No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from any prize draw.
