OFFICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COMPETITIONS AND PRIZE DRAWS

These terms and conditions apply to all competitions, prize draws and similar promotions posted on the @officeshoes Instagram page to win or win the chance to purchase certain limited edition shoes. All promotions offered on @officeshoes are run by Office Retail Limited, whose registered address is Classic House, Martha's Buildings, 180 Old Street, London EC1V 9BP. Some of our promotions are a prize draw that you can enter simply by "regramming" our post, others are a competition that require an element of skill and we will select a winner based on specified criteria. Please look carefully at each particular post to see whether we are offering a simple prize draw or a competition. Anyone entering any form of OFFICE completion must only be entering for their own size. Anyone found to be entering for a size for someone else, may have their win revoked.

1. Warranties: The competition entrant (“Entrant” or “you”) represents and warrants that (i) the design submission (“Work”) conforms to the design guidelines and that your Work will be fit and sufficient for the purposes expressed in, or reasonably inferred from participation in this competition; (ii) your Work does not infringe any third party intellectual or proprietary rights; (iii) in participating and submitting your Work, you will not use any third party confidential or proprietary information, or infringe the rights of another party (iv) you have the exclusive right to grant Crocs and /or Office and their respective affiliates any and all licenses for the purpose of this competition including, but not limited to the right to create physical or digital copies of your Work (v) if your Wok requires a license, that you have obtained that license, and that such license is in full force and effect and will remain in full force and effect during the term of this Competition and thereafter as applicable (vi) If your Work will include any previously developed and/or any third party items or rights (“Pre-Existing Works”), you will identify such Pre-Existing Works in writing to Crocs and Office upon submission of your Work, in which case Crocs and/or Office will have the right to reject the inclusion of such Pre-Existing Works and (vii) you hereby grant Crocs an unrestricted, assignable, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to make, have made, use, market, import, distribute, copy, modify, prepare derivative works, display, disclose, sublicense and otherwise exploit your Work.

2. Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Crocs, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and business partners, and each of their respective officers, directors, (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Competition; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Competition or the processing of posts; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

If you see a post that asks you to comment, or upload a photo or a new post and states that we will select the "best" entry, that is a competition and the following terms will apply.

1. To enter, you will need to follow @officeshoes

2. The post will either say "competition time" or "giveaway time". Having a chance to "win" simply means that we will choose, according to the criteria set out, a an entrant who will win the shoes offered and who will not have to pay for those.

3. If you wish to enter the competition, please post the comment or image (as specified in our post).

4. The winning entries will be randomly chosen through a fair system.

5. If you are the chosen winner, you will receive a direct message requesting your full name and address to send your parcel to.

6. All entrants need to be located in United Kingdom.

7. Incomplete, late, illegal, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive entries will be discounted, as will any entry that is found to have infringed the IP rights of a third party.

If you see a post that just asks you to "regram" in order to enter, that is a prize draw and the following terms will apply.

1. To enter, you will need to follow @officeshoes and be 17+.

2. The post will either say "you have a chance to win" or a "you have a chance to purchase". Having a chance to "win" simply means that we will randomly select a specified number of entrants who will win the shoes offered and who will not have to pay for those shoes (although we will specify in the post whether you will have to pay for delivery charges and/or collect the shoes from a specified location). Having a chance to "purchase" means that we will randomly select a specified number of entrants who will be given the opportunity (subject to the general terms below) to come to a specified store location and buy the shoes for the advertised price – we do this when the shoes in question are limited edition and in high demand.

3. If you wish to enter the prize draw "regram" our post (this might require you to download a repost app)

4. If requested, you should also provide any information requirements – such as your shoe size or colour preference

5. See as specified on the @officeshoes post for:

- i. the start date and closing date during which time you need to regram our post (including any requested information) in order to be entered into the prize draw to have a chance to win or a chance to purchase (as set out in the post);

- ii. the location(s) at which you can collect (and, if relevant, pay for) the shoes if you are selected;

- iii. the style of the shoes (and a photograph);

- iv. any additional limitation of eligibility for that particular post (e.g. if the prize draw is only available to those based in the UK); and

- v. the price of the shoes that you will be required to pay on collection (if the post refers to a "chance to purchase").

4. The winning entries will be judged in terms of their creativity and originality. We will take account of factors such as image quality/composition (if appropriate), concept and humour. Any further (and more specific) criteria will be specified in the post.

5. If requested, you should also provide any information requirements – such as your shoe size or colour preference.

6. See as specified on the @officeshoes post for:

- i. the start date and closing date during which time you need to complete your entry (and provide any requested information) in order to be entered into the competition to have a chance to win or a chance to purchase (as set out in the post);

- ii. the location(s) at which you can collect (and, if relevant, pay for) the shoes if you win the competition;

- iii. the style of the shoes (and a photograph);

- iv. any additional limitation of eligibility for that particular post (e.g. if the competition is only available to those based in the UK); and

- v. the price of the shoes that you will be required to pay on collection (if the post refers to a "chance to purchase").

1. Unless it expressly states in the post that the shoes will be delivered to you, you will need to travel to the specified location in order to collect (and, if relevant, pay for) the shoes if you are selected. You will need to arrange and pay for your own travel.

2. Winners will be notified via their Instagram account and you will be asked to provide a few further details (such as your name, contact information and perhaps a date of birth). This information will be collected and used subject to our Privacy Policy and we will use this information only for identification purposes when you come to collect your order at the collection location (or you may be asked to confirm this information verbally if we offer the option to place your order over the phone with OFFICE SHOES Customer Services)

3. You will need to show your confirmation Instagram tag, private message or email from us on collection.

4. You will need to show Photo ID (Driving License or Passport) on collection that matches the name on your confirmation. You will not be admitted/the shoes will not be given/sold to you without it. This information is requested purely for verification purposes and will not be used for marketing purposes. No one else is permitted to collect the shoes on your behalf.

5. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that your information may be passed to Selfridges for the purpose of processing and collection (if Selfridges is the collection point for a pair of shoes you have won/ won the chance to purchase).

6. One pair per person only. No multiple entries, we reserve the right to cancel or disallow where we have a reasonable suspicion of multiple entries.

7. Incomplete, late, illegal, racist, sexist, homophobic or otherwise offensive entries will be discounted, as will any entry that is found to have infringed the IP rights of a third party. Any creative entries must come from a non-private account to be eligible.

8. Copyright in the entry will belong to the entrant but you hereby give OFFICE SHOES and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use such copyright for promotion and marketing purposes.

9. OFFICE SHOES staff have the right, acting reasonably, to cancel or refuse purchase at any time. Safety and security of our staff is paramount at these events.
