What is your Christmas Returns Policy?

STORE - Any items purchased between 23rd November 2015 and 17th December 2015 (excluding Sale) will have up to and including 17th January 2016 to return your item to us. Any items purchased from 17th December 2015 will have the usual 28 days to return. Items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Unfortunately OFFICE stores will not be able to accept returns or exchanges on 26th and 27th December 2015.

ONLINE - Any items purchased on our website between 23rd November 2015 and 23rd December 2015 will have up to and including the 25th January 2016 to be returned to us in their original, unworn condition. Items must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
