Office Terms & Conditions – Win With Ted
- Entrant must be a resident in UK or Ireland and aged 18 or over at time of entry
- Entrants must hold a current EU passport with at least 6 months validity by 15 September 2013.
- The draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of Office, Ted Baker, Pentland, its subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the draw.
- No purchase necessary.
- One winner will be drawn at random and will receive a prize consisting of:
- Two economy class return train tickets (from the nearest available train station to the winner) to Edinburgh;
- Two nights stay in a double room at the Rutland Hotel, Edinburgh, a Mr and Mrs Smith Hotel including breakfast and 1 x Dinner at the Kyloe Restaurant and Grill to value of £110;
- 5 x Pairs of Ted Baker shoes from the new A/W 2013 season (styles subject to stock availability); and £200 spending money.
- If the winner will be travelling from Ireland or Northern Ireland, their transport costs for getting to the UK mainland will be covered.
- To enter the prize draw entrants must fill in all of the required fields on the prize draw entry page available on www.office.co.uk/winwithted successfully.
- Winner must be available to travel before 1 October 2013.
- Prize is non-transferable. No alternative cash prizes.
- Only one entry per person permitted.
- Opening date 1 September 2013.
- Closing date for entries is 15 September 2013.
- The winner will be notified by the telephone number or email address provided on the winners' entry.
- Incomplete or unreadable entries will be disqualified. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
- The winner must claim prize within 7 days of being notified.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
- Winners are responsible for expenses, travel insurance and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
- Office reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or the Rules without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside Office's reasonable control. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The prize draw is promoted by Office.
- No correspondence can be entered into on any matters arising from any prize draw.
